Adaptive Sports at Mount Snow is an independently run 501(c)(3). We are an active chapter of Move United. We are led by a diverse Board of Directors and directed daily by a small dedicated staff who could not exist without the generous donation of hundreds of thousands of hours from volunteer instructors and assistants.

Volunteer
We have over 200 volunteers and they are the heart of the organization. They come from all walks of life. Some are students, others are educators. Some are physical therapists, occupational therapists or counselors. Others are carpenters or machine operators. Some are parents, others are retired. Some are skiers. Some are snowboarders. And others find ways to help indoors. But all put students first, and all have a blast while they volunteer.
Many younger people with disabilities often miss out on the social benefits of group experiences. Our peer volunteer program seeks to create age appropriate relationships between youth with disabilities and their peers without disabilities.
