Tim Mulcahy - Chair
Tim is a longtime Mount Snow skier who became aware of the Adaptive Program when his son began taking lessons at age 4 and eventually joined the Bluebirds Ski Team.  After watching the impact the program had, he began volunteering as a Special Olympic coach and recently became PSIA Level I Adaptive certified.  In addition to ASMS, Tim coaches Special Olympics soccer and serves on the board of a MA-based service provider for children and adults across a range of special needs. Tim joined the board in 2020 and became vice chair in 2022.
Professionally, Tim has worked for 23 years in the Financial Services industry in a variety of leadership roles, most recently focused on planning and business enablement across institutional markets.
Tim, his wife Sara, and their two children reside in Franklin, MA but try to spend as much time at their home in West Dover as they can.
Shannon Neville - Treasurer

Laura Peterson - Secretary

Laura and her family have been part of the ASMS community for four years.  Laura has an accounting degree from Providence College and an MBA from University of Hartford.  She has spent the majority of her career in the role of Controller for various companies.

Laura’s son Sam has been skiing with ASMS as a client and the program has been life changing for him.  It is her pleasure to assist this organization with business skills to allow the program to prosper.

Laura,  husband Andy, and twins Matt and Sam reside in South Windsor, CT.  Laura spends her free time snow shoeing, road cycling, playing tennis and pickleball, and sitting in a beach chair!

Chris Brennan
Chris and his family have been skiing at Mount Snow for years, and love getting on the snow as often as possible.  After seeing all of the positive experiences created by Adaptive Sports at Mount Snow, he is excited to join the Board.
Professionally, he is Co-Head of Commodities Trading at Jane Street, where he has worked since joining out of college in 2003.
Interests include skiing, the beach, travel, and watching his three kids play sports.

Jason Hoagland

Jason Hoagland is an Agricultural Loan Officer from Connecticut and Vermont weekender skiing Mount Snow since 2013. Always looking to give back to the community, he has been involved in numerous boards over his career. His two children joined the Mount Snow Development Program which inspired him to become a Development Coach in 2019. His children volunteered as peers in the program which inspired him to support the organizaiton and ultimately join the board of directors in 2025.

Previously general counsel Services Sector US – Alstom Power Inc, later acquired by GE from which company he retired.
Previously general counsel, Electric Boat Corporation and Regional Counsel – Europe, Middle East and Africa, Combustion Engineering Inc, stationed in London, England
Currently on board of directors and treasurer – CT League Of Conservation Voters, C3, Director Great Meadows Conservation Trust, and Board of Advisors New England Public Media, (previously on Board of Directors  of NE Public Radio prior to its joining with Public TV to form NEPM), member President’s Council College of the Holy Cross.
Married to Peggy Bradley Kehoe, 5 children, 6 grandchildren, and life long skier.
David Newman

Retired professional of 38 years, responsible for developing and managing financial service businesses. A qualified Chartered Accountant by background, with extensive experience in sales, marketing, business operations and processes. Over 10 years’ experience as a volunteer adaptive ski instructor at Mount Snow.

    Adaptive Sports at Mount Snow is an independently run 501(c)(3). We are an active chapter of Move United.  We are led by a diverse Board of Directors, and directed daily by a small dedicated staff who could not exist without the generous donation of hundreds of thousands of hours from volunteer instructors and assistants.
